Everybody with a sawzall and a can of flat black paint is a custom bike builder. I have seen so many great bikes hacked to death by metal assassins, it make me want to puke. I especially like how the tires are painted on that Zuk. NOT! stupid, stupid. Even worse, someone will eventually buy it. |

Wow... When I was a kid, I had a chopper bicycle, complete with a banana seat, wide rear tire, and LONG fork... I could ride wheelies forever. Until I broke the fork doing wheelies. That thing kinda reminds me of my bike. Except my bike was cool. Here's one, didn't take long to find... I HATE when folks kill a Bug to do this. However, gotta admit, it'd be fun to roll on this thing... https://knoxville.craigslist.org/mcy/d/custom-trik e-chopper/6545326274.html |

Those VW trikes are much more common up north where the bugs disappeared in a cloud of FeO2 with the drivelines still intact. My uncle had a bug that he wouldn't let go. He kept patching the floor over and over until he saw in the news a guy with the same year as his hit a bump and the driver's seat fell out! Guy ran himself over to death. Woke him up and he got a different car quickly after that. |

Still trying to figure out what "professionally cut and stretched" means. Maybe Paul Teutul is back in business. No less ludicrous than his other offerings. |

Not sure you would want an " off road " chopped anything. Although back when I was younger my dad owned a VW repair business . Some of the mechanics would take the the Junkers and cut 12" out of the pan and Put a cage on it . They where fun as all Get out ! Did see an old fiberglassed VW chopper last year at a local gas station . I do remember some at my dads shop in the 70s |
