Well, the original store is in Meriden after all. Too bad it's only about 5 mi. away, not much of a ride. We could still do the Toymakers, or Stamford Dino, or Hoodoo Brown's, or the Texas Roundup, etc. etc.

Thinking of a lunch meet-up April or early May?

If you head toward the Hudson Valley . . .let me know . . . we could gather at the undisclosed location and grab some great BBQ or burgers . . .

I'm going to be north and south . . . for those 2 months but if you get a date nailed down keep me posted.

I was pretty impressed with the BBQ at Big W's. Toymaker's was also a pretty neat ride and gathering spot. And I always have a soft spot for the Dinosaur.

If you guys ever make it to Cincinnati, we'll head over to Woot's for some truly First Class BBQ.

I've been to both Ted's locations. It was a lot easier to get a table and find parking at the Cromwell location. The original location is a tiny little place with primarily counter seating and on-street parking (IF you can find some). In good weather I see they added some outdoor tables, but you do run the chance of waiting a long time to be seated or served. : (

I would LOVE to have a gathering at the "Undisclosed Location" this year.
