Q Anon's Storm Begins: Trump Clears Assange to Leave Embassy
In the past few days, a series of unexpected developments have cleared the path for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to leave the Ecuadorian Embassy in London without fear of arrest. On Tuesday, WikiLeaks posted a tweet announcing the U.S. government had ended its eight-year-long grand jury proceedings against WikiLeaks that was expanded in 2017 to cover the WikiLeaks various “Vault” releases on CIA spy technology. The WikiLeaks tweet referenced a State Department press conference held that day, Jan. 2, 2018, in which State Department Spokesperson Heather Nauert made a strong statement regarding freedom of speech that was couched in a reference to Iran. ...
The long-awaited 2018 New Year Awards Show by Joe Dan Gorman and the Intellectual Froglegs Media Empire - "The Capitalist That Saved America" - is finally out:
Obama's early years in power were times where the President allegedly smoked pot in the White House while his DOJ went after pot smokers with far more zeal than they treated murder & rape by imported folk of a certain religion.
His later years were full of memos telling the DOJ to not enforce laws at his whim.
It's proper and lawful that the current AG correct the abuses of ex-president Obama.
It's also time for Congress to do their darn jobs by changing laws they don't like. Putting pot back into the jurisdiction of the States is a good example. It would correct an old political lie, that pot is the same as heroin as a disruption of society. ( it might be worse, but it's not the same ) Save billions in federal spending and return to the States as experiments in law concept.
You don't like the laws and taxes of Connecticut? Move. Vote with your feet and flip the bird on the way by the Capitol. ( yes I have complained about this attitude before. I will again. Doesn't mean it's always wrong in all details )
If Colorado and California's results of trying to control the sale of a plant you can grow in your living room turn out poorly, then other States can adopt different models. You'll have an easier time and need smaller bribes ( I'm in New York. Big bribes State ) to influence your more local corrupt politicians than appealing to D.C. where they are too busy giving your money to sexual abuse victims to shut them up than listen to you.
Win win.
And just imagine the outrage you can enjoy when pot becomes a civil right to Californians for free but they aren't allowed pointed sticks.
Eight year grand jury? How does that work? Surely not the same jurors? All very good questions, wish I knew.. that's the first time I've heard anything about grand jury proceedings.. pre-ceedings maybe.
The Fake News Awards, those going to the most corrupt & biased of the Mainstream Media, will be presented to the losers on Wednesday, January 17th, rather than this coming Monday. The interest in, and importance of, these awards is far greater than anyone could have anticipated!
So...the snowflakes will be on their knees waving white flags. Sounds like they’re surrendering. Maybe just scream at the sky to demonstrate your impotence and save us all the trouble.
BREAKING – Federal Judge Throws Out Case Against Cliven Bundy – “With Prejudice”, “Gross Prosecutorial Misconduct” CTH, Jan. 8, 2018
Wow. Follow up to THIS STORY – In a stunning rebuke to federal prosecutors a federal court judge has thrown out the case against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy “with prejudice." Bundy and his sons cannot be retried, and will walk free.
In order for a federal judge to completely dismiss a case of this significance indicates the court has found serious and compelling evidence of “gross misconduct” on the part of the prosecuting team.
quote:
LAS VEGAS — Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, his two sons and a militia member will not face a retrial on charges that they led an armed rebellion against federal agents in 2014.
A federal judge on Monday said the federal prosecutors’ conduct was “outrageous” and “violated due process rights” of the defendants.
According to information provided to The Daily Caller, today Chairman Devin Nunes received the FISA Application and Steele Dossier documentation from Asst. AG Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray. This includes the critical FD-302’s and FD-1023’s that relate to interviews with Christopher Steele and his Russian Dossier.
quote:
(Daily Caller) House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence members gained access to all Department of Justice and FBI documents it possesses on the Trump dossier, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.
The committee was able to review Friday all FBI and DOJ documents on the Trump dossier, former MI-6 British agent Christopher Steele who authored the dossier, and Fusion GPS, the political opposition firm that hired Steele.
DOJ also provided Obama administration applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which could approve the surveillance of the Trump transition team, according to a source with direct knowledge of the case. (read more)
- The FD-302 is an FBI form that is used to document interviews/interrogations. It details questions asked and answers given as well as who was present during the interview.
- The FD-1023 is an FBI form that is used to document meetings between FBI and sources. It does not necessarily discuss what was said. It is also called a CHS (Confidential Human Source) Report.
The 1023 gives extensive detail about the informant and what is to be asked, as well as ‘by whom’ and ‘where’ and ‘when’. However, it does not give the informants answers or details of the meeting. That is where the 302 comes in. The 302 reveals the content of interview, as well as identifies all participants.
The Steele Dossier 302’s and 1023’s will identify people involved on both sides; the informants (sources) and the DOJ/FBI personnel in contact with the sources. This is a critical part of the investigative material needed around the DOJ (National Security Division) and FBI (Counterintelligence Division) likely use of the Steele Dossier in the FISA application.
We need one more solid confirmation, in addition to the Daily Caller, that Nunes has the actual copy of the DOJ/FBI FISA application (warrant) before we can share an explosive development.
Reminder : Obama's administration was sharing unmasked intelligence obtained from the illegal FISA warrant with Hillary Clinton, who was a private citizen. Clinton, assuming the Presidency was hers, was foolish enough to use it in her campaign announcements:
The second FISA warrant was granted in October, permitting spying to start on Trump's campaign team and transition team, both HQd in Trump Tower. IMO the spying had probably started earlier than this, but whatever : that's where the Alfa bank server was located.
The scam is pretty straightforward : Obama's administration shares unmasked intelligence with the Clinton campaign & media slaves - in this case Franklin Foer of Slate:
We will see many more connections between 0bama's administration, the Clinton campaign, Fusion GPS, the corrupt FBI/DOJ cabal who got the raw intel, as well as paid reporters/outlets in the coming weeks, as the greatest scandal in American history comes into sharper focus.
It's an orchestrated and planned scheme by a corrupt sitting administration, working with a partisan campaign team and paid media to destroy a rival campaign and innocent American citizen.
After Nov 8, it became a coup d'etat. Sedition and treason. Simple as that.
Govt agents (thugs) conspiring against the very American citizens they are sworn to serve. Their trial must be swift, and the justice harsh. They are the worst among us. Despicable.
The judge did right, but it was quite a turn-around for her. Deal struck to protect the govt thugs?
Have any of you seen the obviously high dollar, slickly produced, Robert Reich anti-Trump videos on Facebook? The one that caught my eye (posted by an acquaintance) purports to expose the ~7 signs of a Fascist government and claim that the Trump administration is clearly fascist.
I am convinced they know what is coming down the pike and are doing their best ahead of time to set things up so they can claim any evidence against former Democratic officials was created by the Trump administration, just like they told us would happen in their "informative" videos. "See- it's another clear sign of a Fascist government!"
As an aside, I've never seen a more condescending bastard than Reich. I can barely stand to watch more than a few seconds of him.
I did see that. Actually I knew there was going to be a decision on the case Monday before it came down. Great to see it dismissed in this way. Justice has finally had a small victory.
There is also the case against the two FBI agents who were involved in the murder of Levoy Finicum, then tried to cover up their firing of their weapons. Hopefully that case will be seeing the courtroom soon.
The government was weaponized against ranchers under the BO administration. It was weaponized against many sectors of our citizens. The circumstantial evidence that this was directed by the highest point of our government is far too powerful to ignore. I have little hope that justice will ever be done at this level though.
A year late, but better than never. The apparent snail's pace of holding America's dominant crime syndicate to account is maddening.
Is your glass half empty, amigo?
A couple things to keep in mind:
1) We - the peeps on the outside looking in - are well behind the actual "news." It's highly likely the case(s) are much further developed than we're aware of based on what trickles out via the news cycle each day.
2) Wanting to hold criminals to account is one thing. Being able to successfully prove the crime(s) in a court of law is something else entirely.
President Trump can lay claim to a remarkable list of accomplishments, not even a year into his presidency.
That we're so close to "holding America's dominant crime syndicate to account," especially considering the resistance the White Hats have met in building the case, is equally remarkable.
GOOD NEWS: Pacific Power will be passing along the benefits of tax reform to their power customers. That includes many Oregonians in the Columbia Gorge, and southern and eastern OR:
Pacific Power says they will lower rates with tax cuts
PORTLAND, Oregon – The new Republican tax plan has brought a variety of tax cuts. Pacific Power says they are committed to passing the benefit of this tax cut on to customers.
“We strive to provide our customers reliable service while keeping rates low,” said Stefan Bird, President and CEO of Pacific Power. “The benefit of this tax cut should be passed on to our customers – and we will work with our regulators and stakeholders on the best way to do that.”
Pepco says it will lower electric bills for almost 300,000 ratepayers in D.C., largely because its corporate tax rate was slashed from 35 to 21 percent in GOP tax bill.
I hope you're right. That would be some damned impressive swamp draining if it were to happen. They have been trying, and failing to bring Trump down for far less.
Let me put it another way: What's to keep President Trump from draining the swamp?
Lack of desire? Nope.
Lack of courage or conviction? Nope.
Lack of cunning? Nope.
What it HAS been so far is massive resistance, now to the point of desperation (including from the mainstream media - i.e., fake news, as in organizations pretending to be news organizations...), and time - it takes time to build a prosecutable case, especially at the potential magnitude - conspiracy? sedition? treason? - we're talking about here.
(It also takes time, considering the daily brainwashing by the Pretending To Be News Networks, to slowly red pill America so they finally see far enough through the bullshit to experience the proverbial "Aha!" moment; that's one of the reasons why President Trump - and his people - are so vigorous about promoting their accomplishments for the American people).
The military (AND the military intelligence apparatus) is 100% loyal to our president; I doubt most casual political observers fully recognize how important this is in the current dynamic.
Pick any president from the past four and if they stepped up to a mic and said, "I pledge to..." we'd all collectively sigh, drop our drawers, and bend over and grab our ankles (yet again).
President Trump is, well...different.
How do we know?
Look at his accomplishments as Mr. Donald J. Trump.
And look at his accomplishments as President Donald J. Trump.
President Trump Meets With Democrats and Republicans To Discuss DACA and Immigration Reform Jan. 9, 2018
Earlier today President Trump held a meeting today with Democrat and Republican Senators surrounding one of the most controversial issues in the current body politic. The DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and immigration reform, to include a border wall and an end of chain-migration policy, is a hot-button issue on both sides of the political aisle.
President Trump surprised the entire MSM by allowing the media to stay in the meeting for an hour and hear the arguments/positions from all participants at the meeting. Extreme transparency. [emphasis mine - FB]
