Found an old box of pins and patches, and amongst them a couple of "BRAG" pins. Damn, those were the days...

Also found a "Fly & Ride" pin from the time we flew to Las Vegas and rented a Harley via that program being offered through BRAG. I WISH they allowed Buell members to rent Buells, but I guess the mothership thought if we rode a Harley, we'd want one (nope... didn't happen).

Ha! I came across that same kind of stuff a couple of months ago. Then ran across about 30 Shirts.

Was looking in BadWeB archives from ten years ago. Man we've had a good time!

I'm torn between wearing my Buell shirts (most of which were purchased in Danbury since my local dealership SUCKED at having Buell merchandise actually on the floor), or preserving them for posterity. Mostly, I just wear them on the few gatherings I make here on the East Coast.

I wear them while they fit.

I'm having a heyday . . . . now that I've lost 60 of the 87 pounds I'm loosing (Thanks Alfau) and finding I am able to wear some of the fun shirts and jackets . . . including the awesome Tribu6800 that the Italians sent Erik and I.

We have had a good time . . . and February marks the 20th anniversary of Badweb.

Elf-Fest 2018 . . .

The Italians still size stuff for normal humans.

I started wearing my "collectible" T shirts about a year ago. I hit on a trove of special shirts while cleaning a closet. About twenty perfectly preserved thirty plus year old T shirts.

I was looking them over thinking the shirts I wear in the shop are pretty tattered from welding and painting, what the hell am I saving these for?

The only one that won't fit is a Honda factory rider red/white/ blue shirt that I got with my first new ATC 200 X in 1984. It was way too awesome to wear on the trails in the mud. I must have been fairly light that year.

I also miss Reg's "Battletrax" competitions. Those were BIG fun. I've got a bunch of "trophies" gathering dust in my collection. One of those "trophies" was a drinking glass that unfortunately fell on the floor and shattered years ago. I miss that one. That one was useful, the others just take up shelf space.

I've got some new . . buried somewhere . . . t-shirts from the debut BattleTrax that we did at Daytona.

Somewhere . . when I dig though this . . . I think there are some of the 1,000th Buell Made shirts still in plastic.
