Every time reading or hearing the abortion is murder issues ,i'm always wondering why people make such a thing of it!?

Why let it come to this world if parents not gonna care or be able to care for it and let it have a miserable childhood with a f****d up life after that.
Or ending their life because they can't handle their past!?

Some people are better of not having kids and some kids are better of not going to be born.

And no i have no kids of my own yet ,but have seen enough people and family members around me that struggle with life because of problems from their past.

Had to get this of my chest!

That's what adoption is for. There are so many good folks out there that can't have children that would love to adopt a baby without going to a foreign country to get one. I have a cousin and a good friends son who have both adopted Mexican babies and I guarantee those kids are extremely lucky to have such great parents.

I understand where you're coming from, I'm just saying there is a great option for that situation.

Brother:

I've lived in that hell and know dozens of people the world would be better off without. I am the exception in my family and moved on from that shithole to make something of myself.

People complain about the people sucking off the teat of the government and in the same breath decry abortion. Imagine if there was no abortion, how many more people would be homeless, living in poverty and collecting even more welfare and public assistance. How many of those same people against abortion are standing in line to adopt the unwanted kids.

Don't get me wrong, I am against abortion being used as birth control. There are other ways to prevent a pregnancy.

I'm with ya, Greg. On a similar note, I really don't see why some folks are compelled to spend a fortune on fertility treatments, in-vitro, and such when it'd be MUCH easier to just adopt a kid who's already here and in desperate need of a home. Sure, some folks MUST have their "own blood" children, but is it really that important?

(Disclaimer: I have no children, have zero plans to have any going forward. I love other people's kids, for sure, but leave them be other people's kids.) ; )

...and this is the eternal debate. I was raised Catholic, and abortion is not only wrong, but a mortal sin. But, you see the other arguments above. Hence, the "choice" legal debate...

Personally, I'm of the mindset that a) the government needs to stay the hell out of people's lives and let them make the right choice. B) it is up to the PEOPLE, and their doctors and families and other organizations (church? Adoption agencies?) to MAKE that "right choice" given their situation.

Our government has plenty of shit to deal with, without getting into our bedroom. Do *I* think it's wrong? I do. Will I ever presume to make the choice for another person? Nope. I make my choices, you make yours. I live my life, you live yours. As long as our choices don't hurt each other...we each pay for our decisions in the end, either here or in the next world.

Lots of people choose abortion over adoption because it's easy. No more, no less - lazy people, easy solution.

Some people want the whole baby experience. No shortcuts. It's a biological imperative. You can make guesses about the motivation based on royal blood lines and inheritance mythology. ... ( It's how you get Prince Charles types that brag how their cars run on the product of a Royal winery, & thus are more Holy than your minivan )

Less cynically, the heart wants what the heart wants.

That applies to great effort to have children or loving someone that would get you murdered in public in Iran.

The sex phobia cultures are the breeding ground for denial and sex crimes. The no rules no responsibility libertine culture is a backlash against the Old Ways that goes too far and gives us the Congressional bribery/intimidation payoffs and shut up threats. Hollywood has it's rapists who spend millions on private detectives to intimidate and shame their victims.

Somewhere between hysterical sex scared nuts ( oral sex is still a crime in some states ) & hysterical sex scarred nuts ( you don't want perverts in your little girl's school bathroom because you're a Nazi! ) is realistic acceptance of human differences. Considered heresy by the libertine and hung up.....

The Balkanization of sex is a tool of evil men to divide us and use us to gain power & wealth.

Exactly as racism is such an evil tool. ( & often from the same evil men & women )

Don't let yourself be played.

Thanks Guy's
Yes i know there is adoption for that and that there are also good end results with kids from not caring families!
But adoption is not always a walk in the park before a kid ends up in a lovely and caring family.

And about preventing a pregnancy ,yes i agree with you that it is not a good thing to use as birth control.
But you can tell that to them ,people don't think about the consequences when not thinking with their heads!

Greg i'm glad you proved that you made something of your life and moved on!
But not all are that strong and persevered.
Some keep struggling through their life.

I do not hate kids at all,and some kids are lovely ,but stability and getting enough love and confirmation through life is very important.

I work in fine dining as a server... when I see folks coming in with cracker-launchers, ankle-biting screamers, I cringe.
And, when I'm off the clock, I'm one of the most non-prejudiced people you'll meet. ON the clock, OH YEAH, I'm VERY prejudiced. ; )

Let's at least address the message of the meme if we are going to complain about the message. It's the hypocrisy of common liberal arguments, where if we can save a single child by saddling you with certain limitations, then it will all be worth it. The issues this argument is used for makes for a very long list. Yet at the same time, we are being told that we should proudly support the wilful decision to end a life, simply because it's convenient.

I've done a lot of efficiency tuning of software. Almost always, you can get the greatest efficiency gains in the code that is taking the most time to run. It's pretty intuitive. Same thing with saving kids. We slaughter them by the dozen daily, then moan about an issue that may have a small handful of accidental deaths of kids. Some folks are trying to save the kids in the wrong places. I suppose you are going to tell me that these arguments about saving kids are disingenuous?

If banning gun free zones saves the life of a single child, we should give it serious consideration.
