One of the only factors I see changing with any consistency is computing power and electronic storage capacities. The ability to store binary code increases exponentially with time.

Society as a whole appears to be heading down the rabbit hole of intellectual perversion.

A teacher frustrated with my lack of enthusiasm showed me aptitude test scores among my fellow students once. It was a real eye opener. To see the revered twins with equal scores to the retard was pretty funny. I still didn't care. Grades are often a measure of effort, not intelligence or capacity.

On seeing the widespread disdain for conservative or libertarian types, it's easy to see how socialists and communists could so easily throw the disagreeable types away. There's a few people I know that would be happy to quietly turn their own family and friends in for thought policing crimes. Supposedly we're all Russian/Nazi/fascists...the concept of which is still very tough to comprehend. Those groups all seem quite at odds to be lumped together so flippantly.

Believing in one's own rights and financial freedoms in spite of those more than willing to systematically dismantle them makes one an undesirable in the eyes of the liberal progressive socialist types.

I think sociology and post modernism should be taught in a historical context for reference purposes alone. As a lifestyle and religion for some it just makes for angry, sad, and sometimes dangerously stupid people.

I have no desire to see what's left of our Constitutional Republic become a Socialist Democracy.

I like these guys...they have the right idea...

I do agree that "whiteness" is a problem, as in white liberals and progressives, that is. Nothing like the facade of virtue while dismantling the fabric of society.

Last I looked, the Aussie Aboriginal had the "oldest" DNA based on an assumption about genetic drift being a constant. The notion is that changes accumulate over time in an even manner, so you can use changes as a calendar.

Not positive that's true, but even if the clock involved jumps a lot that would just change the dates, not the sequence.

Note that "oldest" doesn't mean origin. There's a lot of Hominid fossils in Africa, and not much sign of people in Australia before the "natives" walked or rode there.

Oldest in this case probably means they were not over run by later waves of immigrants until the Brits arrived. Whereas China, for example, once had close relatives of the Aussie Natives but they got mixed by later waves.

IF you assume an African Origin for man, where does Neaderthal fit in migration patterns? An earlier wave? The oppressed fleeing before the competition Cro-Magnon?

There's a lot of gaps in the knowledge base on this stuff.

I'm pretty sure the first Time Viewer that lets you see what happened in the past will have people demand it be destroyed before it invalidates their entire world view, and career.

On the DNA thing, we're probably going to send in the kids DNA for testing in one or more of genome projects, if for nothing but to satisfy curiosity. He could trace the family lines of both the wife and I. From paternal DNA ancestry can be traced back thousands of years. From his mother's side she's more looking to confirm what is pretty well known. Seems people always find out something unexpected. It does often lay out some historical perspective on migration patterns.

Maternal testing is generally more useful. Works for both genders. Yes, there’s only two. Chromosomes are stubborn things.

So many ethnic groups are mixed these days that race has largely become a matter of social identity. I'm surprised there isn't a vast racial spectrum construct. The reason there isn't is likely largely political. It's been an effective tool for the furtherance of political dogma and social engineering for generations.

Also, funny to observe how most children of black & white parents seem to often identify more as black. Hmmmm.... kinda flies in the face of that whole 'white privilege' thing IMHO.

There is no social advantage in claiming to be white.

On the other hand, there are obviously advantages in claiming to be just about anything else.

The sooner we can dispense with all these nonsensical social constructs and see people as people and individuals for who they are we can move forward as a society.

The collectivist cult is slowly destroying the foundations of a free, fair, and just society. Free, fair, and just means we all have the same rights, have the potential for the same opportunities, and are under the scrutiny of the same laws. As it is, the politically connected, especially the financial cronies, have rules of their own.

Part of the reason for the worldwide leftist breakdown is that all the pieces were aligned to turn the U.S. towards the globalist left for generations to come...and they just missed it.

First comes the draconian gun laws under the guise of safety.

Self defense itself is then criminalized.

Speech is then regulated under the guise of protection.

Anything counter to the political agenda becomes "hate speech" and subject to criminal penalties.

Western nations have been falling in such a manner for decades.

We're truly on the precipice of losing what it means to be a free people. The left has exposed their corruption and hardline agenda like never before and people don't really seem to care.

Timed, no doubt to distract us from the scandal. .... timed with genius and magic! 50 years ago.

Heck I've heard two CTs ( Conspiracy theories ) the last week new to me. I look forward to more.

I'm always amazed at how limber some people are.

Do you think there's a correlation between being flexible enough to hold a pistol to the back of your own head and depression? I don't see an obvious connection.

It's probably just a coincidence that these Circus level flexible folk often seem to work for Democrat Party high level aristocrats. They probably are just favored in positions calling for high flexibility. Physical, mental, & moral.

When comparing criminal indictments of those serving in the executive branch of presidential administrations, it’s so lopsided as to be ridiculous. Yet all I ever hear about is how supposedly “corrupt” the Democrats are. So why don’t we break it down by president and the numbers?
Obama (D) – 8 yrs in office. Zero criminal indictments, zero convictions and zero prison sentences. So the next time somebody describes the Obama administration as “scandal free” they aren’t speaking wishfully, they’re simply telling the truth.
Bush, George W. (R) – 8 yrs in office. 16 criminal indictments. 16 convictions. 9 prison sentences.
Clinton (D) – 8 yrs in office. 2 criminal indictments. One conviction. One prison sentence. That’s right nearly 8 yrs of investigations. Tens of millions spent and 30 yrs of claiming them the most corrupt ever and there was exactly one person convicted of a crime.
Bush, George H. W. (R) – 4 yrs in office. One indictment. One conviction. One prison sentence.
Reagan (R) – 8 yrs in office. 26 criminal indictments. 16 convictions. 8 prison sentences.
Carter (D) – 4 yrs in office. One indictment. Zero convictions and zero prison sentences.
Ford (R) – 4 yrs in office. One indictment and one conviction. One prison sentence.
Nixon (R) – 6 yrs in office. 76 criminal indictments. 55 convictions. 15 prison sentences.
Johnson (D) – 5 yrs in office. Zero indictments. Zero convictions. Zero prison sentences.
So, let’s see where that leaves us. In the last 53 years, Democrats have been in the Oval Office for 25 of those years, while Republicans held it for 28. In their 25 yrs in office Democrats had a total of three executive branch officials indicted with one conviction and one prison sentence. That’s one whole executive branch official convicted of a crime in two and a half decades of Democrat leadership.
In the 28 yrs that Republicans have held office over the last 53 yrs they have had a total of (a drum roll would be more than appropriate), 120 criminal indictments of executive branch officials. 89 criminal convictions and 34 prison sentences handed down. That’s more prison sentences than years in office since 1968 for Republicans. If you want to count articles of impeachment as indictments (they aren’t really but we can count them as an action), both sides get one more. However, Clinton wasn’t found guilty while Nixon resigned and was pardoned by Ford (and a pardon carries with it a legal admission of guilt on the part of the pardoned). So those only serve to make Republicans look even worse.
With everything going on with Trump and his people right now, it’s a safe bet Republicans are gonna be padding their numbers a bit real soon.
So let’s just go over the numbers one more time, shall we? 120 indictments for Republicans. 89 convictions, and 34 prison sentences. Those aren’t “feelings” or “alternative facts.” Those are simply the stats by the numbers. Republicans are, and have been for my entire lifetime, the most criminally corrupt party to hold the office of the presidency.

That's how the D's work, especially when the C-words are involved (I'm talking about the clinton's).

Obama's administration was RIDDLED with scandals, but he was insulated from every one by the swamp monsters that Trump is in the slow, painful process of purging. The obama administration was cronyism at it's finest.
Here's a HIGHLY abridged version

BTW, you need to google the definition of Scandal. It doesn't even require investigation. If you do dirty and folks find out about it, that's a scandal. Especially if you get away with it despite everyone and their motherinlaw knowing that you did dirt.
Scandal:

She didn't type it. It's just a C&P from any of numerous questionable sources. According to Wickipedia, the Whitewater investigation alone accounted for 15 people who committed 40 crimes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitewater_controver sy#Convictions Keep in mind, these are people who were business associates of the Clintons. An honest person simply doesn't surround themselves in that sort of corruption as a normal course of business.

I don't think I would waste my time trying to verify the rest of the claims in that C&P hit piece.

All of a sudden Julie finds a brain.

The only thing shocking is that in uncovering all of the Obama administration scandals there was hardly a peep of it in the news media, and despite obvious culpability in all cases, nobody goes to jail.

Yes, that certainly was ridiculous, all the way up to Comey getting Hillary off the hook.

To put this in perspective. Julie is upset for some reason and apparently doesn't know what a fascist or Nazi or communist is.

Meanwhile in Spain the mildly reformed fascist central government has ordered the arrest of a regional Parliament and high officials of a restive province and blood is expected to run in the streets if the police open fire on crowds acting as human shields.

I don't claim to understand all the issues the people of that troubled land have, but recent violence by the Central government makes me sympathetic despite my belief that the Rebels are making a huge mistake.

In comparison the gay bashing Julie seems so trivial.
