What I don't get is this last line: It covers protesters who move onto streets and sidewalks, where police usually have less authority than at a city park. WTF? I thought police authority was police authority. Maybe it's a SF thing...? | ||

I interpret that as a dedicated effort to disarm one side, but not the other. And it's obvious who will be throwing glass bottle full of urine at police and civilians. I'm thinking about getting a permit for a made up "free speech" organization to rally locally, advertise it on Huffpo, and have no one show up except the paid agitprop thugs. When someone who knew the guy wasn't critical enough, the peaceful liberals (the anti-fascist ones) ambushed and stabbed him. Here's how the "alt-right" Nazi was described... I'm not sure there is a person in this story that leans right. It's gotten as bad as trying to understand the Muslims killing Muslims because they are the wrong brand of Muslim, claiming they are not Muslim at all. BTW, Islam is a religion of peace! Democrats are the party of love! He was not a right winger. He was an anti-Christian anti-government type pissed off because Janet Reno killed a bunch of people in Texas. That doesn't make him a conservative. It makes him a nut job. Lefties, on the other hand, are shooting at politicians, and throwing feces and rocks at police officers every chance they get, and have never met an American flag they wouldn't like to wipe their asses with before setting on fire, and the mainstream press (and politicians) are providing cover for them. It's too bad those antifa idiots decided to attack the idiot in the car who killed that woman. Now he's got a self defense argument. It also doesn't help that the press is lying about what he did. He did not drive into a crowd of people. He rear ended another car. The car he ran into ran into a bunch of people who were illegally blocking the street. After he was attacked, he backed over the people attacking him. Quite a bit different from "ramming his car into a crowd of people" narrative we're all being fed. Still, I hope he rots in a cell, simply for being a quasi-Nazi. Too bad that may not happen because of the actions of the anti-fascist fascists who attacked him. Yup.
