Stephen and Kathleen Perry accuse Jeffrey V. Endsley, of Endsley Lane, of failing to control his dog, “J.R.,” leading to the dog running out into Endsley Lane where the Perrys were riding a motorcycle. Their motorcycle struck the dog, causing a crash which left serious injuries to the pair, according to their lawsuit, filed July 28. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~ What a POS. In a car I swerved to miss a dog in Goshen Valley when I was younger. My Dad chewed me out. Told me that I did a disservice to the community by leaving the dog alive to run out in front of some teenager and potentially getting him killed. If it's not taller than the hood, run it over, don't swerve. | ||
