Hopefully at least some of these pics are right now that I know what to do differently (when I remember to do it). Etennuly made it in late yesterday but had to leave early today:  Buells before the first run this morning.  Another view in front of the Skyline. Good to see yall again. Would have been happy to have been there for tonight's party/dinner on the veranda. Hope Mike was able to fill the room. Got home about 3:30. Very nice ride home. Twenty five miles of it speed cruising with a C6 Corvette! Fun! Got to replace belt tensioner bearings and fan. Bearings getting quite noisy when hot. Fan will no longer turn on. Key fob is excellent Froggy, thank you! Got the hitch in my get-along ironed out over a few hours. | ||

We got home safe and sound around 1:00. Saw lots of vintage bikes in Chesnee, SC while riding through town to the house. Decent temps in Columbia to welcome us back for a change. It is usually super hot here after this rally. Nice seeing folks again. Missed Cyclone Charlie Williams and Lafayette though... | ||

Well hi Greg! My fan has run slower and slower the last few times out....it has died. Noticed unhappy noise from lower right side matching wheel speed. Maybe the tightness of the new belt became more than the factory unserviceable bearings in the tensioner could handle. Not a good sounding bearing by the time I got back. Did a few hours of therapy to get my getalong straightened out! Going better now. Now back to limping equally to both sides! | ||

Maybe the tightness of the new belt became more than the factory unserviceable bearings in the tensioner could handle. You can knock that bearing out and get another one from NAPA. Don't remember the part #, but remember doing a few. | ||

I think they were just being polite and giving me a chance to do it myself. Honestly I had not gotten a chance to make a real post about it here yet, I need to resize pics and stuff, I intended to do it last night but it was a super busy day. I had also been in contact with my real estate agent, and I don't want to jinx it as it isn't 100% done and final yet, but I may be moving to right down the road from Big W's BBQ in Wingdale (my cardiologist will love me) | ||
