Rode my Uly yesterday. It was good. Got to clean out the bags to reload fresh for this trip. At store yesterday found loose crap in them from 2010 homecoming trip. | ||

OK, I put in for that weekend off, it's a high probability that I will make it. I'm needing a BRP ride bad, the bike show and downtown shindig 60 miles away was the kicker. So- who's got space for my sad sack? I've not checked in with Mike (IIRC the owner)... Gotta do it on the cheep- gotta have $$$ for Vegas in October! | ||

Neither my girlfriend or I have gotten our time off approvals yet, which is quite unusual, I'm hoping they don't pull the rug out from under us last second I do have a little something I've been working on. I need to make some more for you all.  Let me know what colors you want. Presently I made a few each in blue or white, but I do have black, red, teal, and a semi translucent clear. I can get other colors too no problem. | ||

I haven't printed anything in clear yet, I'll have to give that a try. I should also mention I have a glow in the dark filament, I'll have to try that too. Last time I printed with that material some of the additives ruined my nozzle, but I haven't tried again since upgrading my nozzle. Some good news, a few minutes ago I got my time off approval, now just waiting to see if my girlfriend can still come. | ||

Vern, the yellow is probably too yellow and the orange is well, pumpkin orange. I can get some yellow and make one up and see but I don't have any Barricade Orange bodywork to compare. I was just looking at what my local store has and noticed some new options like Carbon Fiber. So- I'm just home from work, yet ANOTHER aggravating shift. Made about half or less the money I should have, got c*ck-blocked in a fresh and new way from a money table that should have been mine. Then more shit happens. Sometimes I win, but lately I don't like my averages. Grrr.... I'm gonna need a ride up and back on the BRP. Might jump in the river out near Mount Pisgah, or somewhere else nice. Either, or both myself and Vern will be making it, one way or another. Gotta do it on the cheep, regardless. All I'll need is $$$ for gas, beer, and victuals from WallyWorld, hopefully I can throw some simoleons at Mike for a steak dinner Saturday night or something. I think that Saturday in Chesnee SC will be well worth heading to early, en masse. Last time I made BITA, I rode the Triumph either too fast trying to chase Tim and company, cooking the rear brake, or down the wrong/long gravel road to a great overlook, then back on that LONG road, where my right mirror almost fell off. I have a plan. | ||

Froggy, I'd gladly pay for one of those - once I figure out a color - but you can't really beat the classic Buell blue... Unfortunately I won't be able to be at BITA 7, once again this year. WVBR doesn't look very feasible at this point either. DOUBLE :-( | ||

1313, just let me know and I'll drop it in the mail. Hell I still need to get you those EBR things you wanted. Vern, I went to the store and picked up some new filaments. They had a few yellows, I found this one which might not be far off from Barricade Orange. Hell I know you can paint it if doesn't match.  Also, I picked up lime green, and a pair of "exotic" filaments to try, one of which is semi flexible/rubbery, and also grabbed some carbon fiber to reduce the weight of these further. | ||
