Nice pics Steve! They had British in the Blue Ridge this weekend,in Hiawassee,GA.I wasn't able to attend but while at TWO'S today I saw a group ride of mixed old and new Brit's,mostly Triumph's with a few Norton's thrown in for good measure. | ||

Butch and Steve,My friend Michael has a black Sprint of the same generation as yours,He was at an event at local BMW shop when the bike parked next to him fell onto his Sprint and damaged the piece that goes diagonally across that open port in the image above on Butch's bike.The guy either paid up or his insurance settled but when Michael found out what the replacement part cost and being a handy guy,made a pair out of wood.They are stained almost black and look really amazing.The next time I see him I'll try to remember to take a photo to post. | ||

Awesome pics! LOVE me some old Brit bikes, pretty much old anything. But dang Butch, that's a nice looking rig! Makes me miss my '02 Sprint ST, painted British Racing Green by my good buddy Vern, now owned by a cool pilot down around Atlanta. | ||

I forget the price, but I know it was enough that I got creative with finding a way to get the old one attached again. | ||
