10 years ago, I was in a 146-man prison pod. "H West Foxtrot 6 Anthony" was my name then. I worked each day to unite 146 men of varying backgrounds, in order that we might each get to leave as soon as possible. Right there, in that time and place, we were all the same. On this day ten years ago I reminded them that Jesus died on a cross with common criminals on either side of him, and by this we are all saved. I gave communion that day with Keebler Townhouse crackers and Minute Maid fruit punch that I had consecrated to the best of any lay minister's ability to do so. I thank God every day for my experiences and that He has granted me the privilege to continue living that I may yet find my ultimate purpose. No challenge that lies before me is beyond what I am capable of, no matter how hard it may seem. Faith is my strength. I'm glad to share it with you, my friends, the people of Bad Weather Bikers. | ||

Amen. On this day, we remember, love, and bless what Jesus of Nazareth has done for all of us. I had a hard day at work today, but I was blessed and honored to serve all of my guests, breaking bread together in celebration of the day. Glad to be home, thoughtful and grateful for all the blessings I've been given, and for a gorgeous day to boot. Too tired to ride, but I'm listening to the birdsong instead. Looking for my sparrows... | ||
