I've actually been watching for something like this for a while, but now that I finally found it, I am not really in the mood or position to do anything with it. I have an 07 Uly motor to rebuild, and I am in the middle of a crazy busy youth lacrosse season. So I figured I would throw this out there in case somebody else wanted to give it a go. http://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/prodinfo.asp ?number=G20757 I am not saying that is easy or even possible to turn into a great headlight with a super crisp and clean projection pattern. But it is about the right size, it is $3. I never even thought about reflector setup, but that could actually make things even easier, as it is easier to find vertical space on a motorcycle triple tree than it is to find horizontal depth. Anyway, FWIW if somebody is looking for a project. I'd buy some to put on the shelf if my shelf's weren't already badly overflowing. | ||

Combined with this: http://www.surplusgizmos.com/20-Watt-LED-Warm-Whit e_p_1958.html You would have to figure out how to drive it and keep it cool but imagine the epic face melting! | ||
