I'm still not convinced that it was the Russians. Assange said that the Russians weren't his source months ago. The Russia thing didn't come up until bitter democrats were looking for a recipient for their temper tantrums. How much do you trust the official story put out by any government agency? We know there was hacking; we haven't seen any evidence as to who did it. We just have their claims that the malware program supposedly had a moscow time zone signature and there were some mysterious cyrillic characters somewhere in some file name. Supposedly. If there's anything more than those so-called allegations, I haven't heard. | ||

I don't know nothin' about nothin', but... In the MMO I've been playing for the last 12 years, a lot of guys who are not Russian use the cyrillic alphabet to communicate. Some of them are definitely what you would call hackers. Just saying. | ||

I'd argue that the Regressive/Marxist faith is what taught Obama that Lies are Good. Other than that, you're on the money. The funny part is for 8 years we couldn't tell if Obama is an incompetent communist ideologue or a cynical evil monster using Communism as a cover for his corruption. I'm getting to be certain it's the latter, based on the fact that Obama came into office complaining about his student loans & He's leaving with more money than he can count. Literally. So much of his bribe money is in hidden illegal offshore accounts he actually can't count it. | ||

I think we need to go a step further. Close the door completely. We have enough problems here at home. Let the rest of the world solve their own issues, and we focus on fixing our own shit for a while. Once we get THAT handled... Tempting as going isolationist is.... every time we do for the last hundred years Europe burns. Today we have China looking outward for the first time in five hundred odd years. Just like Japan in the 1930's the leaders are looking for control over raw materials. Just like Japan they are ruled by ( very different ) religious fanatics. And more than Japan the leaders don't care how many of their own people die. In fact a few million casualties are considered a good thing. Less mouths to feed. My guess is Vladimir intends to own Europe at least from the Baltic to the Mediterranean, most of the old Soviet Empire. Turkey is already deeply concerned and knows Barry's leaving power & screwing the current dictator. ... so expect to lose NATO as a stability enhancement. After all, the border with NATO & Russian territory is actually in the suburbs of a major Russian city. Barry didn't defend Ukraine. No reason to think anyone will stop Vladimir. ( still wondering about the rumors that Biden's son & Hillary are the real reason Ukraine went funky.
