More great journalism today. There's a big murder trial going on in Charleston. A policeman from North Charleston named Michael Slager shot an unarmed black man repeatedly as he was running away on foot after a traffic stop last year. A bystander recorded video of the shooting on his cellphone, and the cop's actions seemed indefensible. He was fired by the police department, and charged with murder.
The trial has been going on for a week or so. The jury announced they were deadlocked yesterday as one juror says he can't vote to convict. The judge declared a mistrial. This means they will select a new jury and try again.
The Today Show ran this story today with a still picture in the background showing the massive protests in Baltimore, MD last year, but of course they didn't bother to point out the photo was NOT from Charleston. There are no protests here. There weren't after the shooting and there aren't any now. Black leaders have urged people to be patient and let the law work.
Apparently that's not good enough for NBC. |

Every day, there's a group at the White House that issues the Mantra for the day to the Media.
Barry wants race riots, or he's such an idiot that he fails to see that his actions promote them. Since we are told, over and over, that he's the smartest guy in any room, ( especially by himself ) then it has to be deliberate.
Since NBC chooses to lie about race riots, and they are the minions of the Democrat Party, then race riots must be the intended purpose of the Administration.
Of course, if you ask them, they will lie. It's Who they are. |
