I'm living with my 2nd dog of this breed- they're known as the "barkless" dog, but they can certainly vocalize! My first guy almost never made a sound, except to growl at you as needed- my current buddy has learned to "alert" with a single, brief bark- I think he learned that in a previous foster home. He will "barooo" for Momma, sometimes me, when we come home.
Glad he doesn't do what the above dog does! They can get separation anxiety... yeesh! The police have been called out on occasion when a Basenji gets really going- it's been described as sounding like a woman being raped or killed.
Pentatonix , My favorite group. Some times works out great when they join up with other artists. Dolly was one of the best mixes they did. They have christmas music too. I'd be too much in awe to run sound for them.
Speaking of the Harley verses Yamasuki, my brother and I were sitting at a red light heading out of Rapid City South Dakota. We are aimed up a long hill and my brother revs up his Seca 750. I looked over and revved my old 91 Electra Glide Sport. As the light turned green I grabbed a handful and let her rip. The Harley launched and started banging gears. I looked in the mirror to see my brother's bike hopping up and down trying to find some traction. He finally got it to stick and passed me as I was heading over 90 mph! It just takes a long time for HP to beat Torque!
Oh, and our father was behind us laughing his ass off!
That Fireblade was about the same as our Repsol CBR's here- my buddy who managed the Deal's Gap store rode one. Once we left Calderwood Dam overlook, I'd get about a mile's worth or so in before he passed and smoked me...
