As for the hardware bins - Ive already bought two StackOn brand organizers to organize all the hardware I already have.
Going to pick up some bookshelves and other small things tonight in prep of my move so Im ready to just start setting up when I get there.
I know it'll be a lot of work, never-ending, but that's ok. |

Congrats on the home. The first year's mortgages will be about twice what you were renting for, which is awful, but in several years' time the rental rates will rise and most of your $ will go to equity rather than a landlord and that's real nice.
I would recommend 20 year mortgages or automatic electronic payments every two weeks to squeeze that 13th payment to principal if those options are available. They cost only a little more each month but dramatically lower the overall cost of a home over its payment lifetime by cutting accumulated interest costs. I've used Paymap (Western Union) plus the 20 year option and now only have some $4K left on my house I bought in 1996.

But does it have a big deck!? Having a big deck is great but if your deck is smaller you can trim the bushes around it to make your deck look bigger!
