Has anybody used both brands? I'm wondering which is easier to use. Im deciding between the sena 20s and cardo q3 (considering q1 for price as well) so dial vs buttons, which is easier? Lol Thanks for any input |

i started off using the Q1, then upgraded to the Q2. They worked well for my application. recently upgraded to the Sena 20s and really like the knob. still learning all it's functions, but it appears to work well, and has all the required functions to keep me happy. |

I just got a Sena 20S . . . . have used it only once but it seemed fabulous. I've been carrying a card, with the instructions, trying to start learning all the features. I did try the phone and it's amazing. In the "old days" trying to talk on a bike was a real effort and pretty much a novelty. Now I can sit on a conference call and no one can tell you are not in your office. It works great. |

I only have used the sena systems but I really like them. the 10 is pretty great and is priced right. I wouldn't have bought the 20S but the FM radio feature is quite enjoyable and saves mobile data. |

I can't speak for the 20S, but we used the Sena 10S for both on bike rider- passenger intercom, and for bike to camper communication during our Sturgis trip this summer. The range was 1-2 KM sightline, and crystal clear sound. On the bike we did need to use ear buds on the highway. A Buell with a Supertrapp is loud to begin with, and the wind noise at speed meant I couldn't get the volume in the helmet speakers loud enough for this metal head to hear.(I recommend Plugfones, as unlike regular buds, when fitted, they are tested to actually provide a 25 Db. NRR. I know it's probably illegal to wear ear buds, but I wear earplugs when riding anyway to protect what's left of my hearing.) I now use the unit's FM radio, and bluetooth connection to the music on my phone during my daily commute. I like the single button, and single dial interface It does take some getting used to, but you get a voice or tone prompt for every function. I rarely/never use the phone when I'm riding, but the voice recognition dialing seems as good as any considering I'm blasting down a highway while speaking. ( I may out of habit be shouting and clipping the mic, as my friends say they have a hard time understanding me during a call, but I hear them fine) I don't know why we went so long without these, its so much nicer than shouting and hand gestures. |

Thank you guys! Thinking about what features i need - gps - rider to passenger- music - limited phone use - use headphones- not worried about rider to rider Oh one more question please, i can use my "ok google" with Bluetooth? It seems they're all good options. To many choices lol |

I have a Sena 10. It is mounted on my helmet. I never use it. I may like it if I'd take the time to learn how. |

Amazon had the sena 20s double pack for 394. When i emailed and asked if there was a similar discount for the 10s they said it was ot supposed to be that price and they changed the price back to 495. After some work they honored the 395 price. Definitely over kill for my needs but i for that price i had to do it lol. I'll let you guys knkw what i think when i use it. Thanks for the help deciding |
