I woke up with a full bladder, and I'm awake now; so I started checking the usual haunts to see if anything of note has happened in the last few hours.
When I saw an article on MSN about how Donald Trump has made negative comments a couple of times about fat people, a realization hit me.
This election is a win/win situation. If Trump get elected, the press will be able to piss and moan constantly for the next four years. And if Hillary Clinton gets elected, the political fruit loops on BadWeB will be able to do the same.
I also realize that no matter who wins the election, there's still a Congress of Baboons who are all too busy stuffing their own pockets to do anything good for the country.

I believe Donald mentioned one of the beauty contestants as Miss Piggy after she had gained some weight and the media blows up yet when Hillary calls Monica a whole slew of names it's just crickets from the media.

Crusty, did you mean to say deplorables on badweb?
No. Don't you like Fruit Loops? It's a kids' breakfast cereal and, until they started adding all kinds of chemical sweeteners and vitamins, it tasted pretty good.
The political freaks on Badweb love to tear down Mrs. Clinton, so if she gets elected, they'll have TONS to bitch about.
Like I said, whoever wins the election, there'll be lots of wailing and gnashing of teeth.
(Personally, I hope Donald Trump wins in a landslide; but I tend to be an unrealistic optimist.)

Haven't eaten fruit loops since the 60's, even then not that much. My mom would cook eggs & toast for breakfast, and on a pay day weekend a strip of bacon!

And, if she does; life will go on.

I would not be sad to see that happen. Either way I think we can rest assured that nothing will get done for the next 4 years.
The any day the congress does nothing, is a good day for the American People!}

I strongly disagree.
I think a lot will be done. If hilLIARy is in office, way too much will be done. Barry layed the stepping stones for the end of the republic, and she will walk us across the threshold to the tune of "cha-ching!" (that's the sound of her, and her capitalist globalist cronies making bank off the blood sweat and tears of all of us "deplorables").
If Donald is in office, he will do a LOT, and it will probably take more than he is able to do to get us straight again.
The world is going to hell, and hilLIARy would gladly drive the bus. Donald would at least ride the brakes and attempt to do an illegal U-turn.

Long as the republicans hold the house & senate (and keep their spine), we have a good chance that noting will get done. My worst fear is what she can do to the Supreme Court.
There's only a handful of Congress critters I can say I actually admire. Mr. Gowdy would be one of them along with his fellow South Carolinian, Tim Scott.
The fact that our nation isn't facing outright upheaval over the nomination of a known (unconvicted) felon for POTUS troubles me perhaps more than it should.
Indeed, the idea that we are merely left to look on while supporters of a legitimate candidate are attacked in the streets for publicly supporting that candidate angers me to the point that I would not mind seeing those perpetrators of unprovoked violence be shot like dogs. That statement is not hyperbole either.

Is it a "tear down" when you point out that someone is lying to your face?
I point out that the whole Benghazi mess is a bad cover up of Obama's failure to live up to his campaign slogan of ending the war on terror. ( when in fact terrorism & the death toll rose )
So Hillary stood there and lied to you, lied to the families of the dead, lied about what she lied to the families of the dead about, lied... lied....
And then destroyed subpoenaed documents relating to the subject.
Gee, that seems like an honest presentation of the facts, not a high school girl clique self esteem attack.
However, I will admit freely that I have had some amusement with the wacky conspiracy theories like the body doubles, ( no proof there are or aren't... And I loved the movie "Dave". America should be so lucky ) and that the Republicans somehow managed to make up the many alleged evil activities of the Sainted Bill and His Stand By Her Man Loving Wife.
And people BELIEVE that stuff.
The ear buds and other internet idiocy are probably partly right wing nuts in their parent's basement, and left wing nuts, ditto, and, just like the "Obama's from Kenya" b.s. a lot straight out of the Hillary Campaign. As discussed on the P, hillary thread. Trolling, distraction.
I don't buy into all the fabricated conspiracy theory crap.
I am certain she is dishonest, lies, lacks character and has no leadership ability or interest in the general well being of the nation beyond her self interest.
She views herself and her circle as "above" you and I.
I'm convinced that Bill Clinton made Rush Limbaugh a hit. I haven't listened to Rush for years, I've heard his whole schtick. ( takes about 2 months to hear it all ) I bet if I had a few beers I could predict his show from the headlines.
He didn't go away after Bill, but his ratings dropped, he wasn't as funny with Bush in the White House. But that's His Schtick. Ideological humor works in waves.
How many comedians have made a living off BOTH party's president? I remember David Frye and Saturday Night Live (Chevy Chase thru Tina Fey )and always love the Capitol Steps.
