Some of those types of thermochromic paints are susceptible to UV breakdown. There are ways to reduce this effect but don't pay huge amounts of dollars to have something you have to avoid sunlight. Not sure what UV clear coatings you could use on an exhaust. |

Taste is taste. If you've already paid to have ghost skulls painted all over your bike, doing the exhaust is cool. I'm not a skull fan, but I know a guy who is, and color changing exhaust pipes is new & novel. I wouldn't pay for them... But I might do lightning bolts on the Cyclone's pipes. I'd have to pay an artist to do Cyclones, and that's doubtful, I'm too cheap and my priorities are not so much to flash & fashion. I also don't have lighting under my tank etc. or under my car, to show off my bitch'n ride. Although I confess I did run blinking valve caps until the batteries ran out. I ditched them because I never saw them blink and no one I rode with thought they improved safety. The Yellow Headlight bulb, OTOH, has been quite effective. Many have told me that it catches the eye coming down the road in traffic. |

I cant see why anyone would spend that much time and/or money on that I see you don't spend much time at Harley Davidson dealerships. |

I bet Froggy could come up with some kind of magically appearing "Cutie Mark" for the flanks of his blast. My little girl would love that. |

OK- I was thoroughly intrigued by the first video, which showed a Sportster started up cold, and it's pipes warming up. Whomever did the graphics/airbrush? did a KILLER job. Fun stuff. Then, I watched one of the most squidly and idiotic riding episodes EVAAAAR. I smell clickbait. |

The first post is a foreign cut version of the thermox ad posted above. |
