Bottom line - I've got way too much going on in October to be the unofficial organizer of this event... probably couldn't even make it if somebody else did it. So... let's take a vote. Who would be interested in a November gathering at Two Wheels of Suches, perhaps November 11-13? It is a MotoGP race weekend, so that's a bonus. What say you all? We can go back to October next year. | ||

November is sounding better all the time. I spoke with Grumpy the other day, he was hauling a load of flowers from Miami to Toronto and he said if we had it in November there's an outside possibility he could make it too. | ||

Not that it matters, but I like Buellvemberfest better than NovemBuellfest. Hell, you can call it whatever you want; It's still worth attending. And the daily temps are still nice in Georgia in November. November 11 is Veterans Day. Nope, I can't do anything with that... It used to be called Armistice Day - Buellistice Day? Naw. I didn't mean that I couldn't attend on Nov. 11; I meant that I couldn't come up with a catchy name tying in Buell with Veteran's Day. I'll do my best to be there on whatever weekend you choose. Though picking a Sunday when there's a Moto GP race on does have a strong appeal. | ||

I now realize you originally said Novembuellfest. I guess I got it switched around when I replied. Sorry, sorry. (think sir lancelot after killing the wedding party) Whatever you call it the earlier in November is better as the evening temps should be chilling! | ||

I just talked to Mary at TWoS, and they are WIDE open the weekend of November 11-13. I am the only booking right now, I got my usual room #2. Make your reservation HERE Mary said she will add Buellvemberfest to the official calendar. Gentlemen, it is ON! | ||

Let me see how things shake down a little closer to the date... might just go ahead and put in my schedule request to be safe. Bonus: It's a little too soon to tell, but the pretty fall leaves should still be fun to look at. NON-bonus: Those pretty leaves and pine needles on the roads can and will take a MC down. In a heartbeat when moist. Just sayin'...  I'll be watching- if I can make it, I'll split a room with someone fo sho. THEY WILL NEED EARPLUGS.  | ||

Blue Moon's swap meet is the 12th.I haven't missed one in maybe 10 years,in fact the swap meet is where I found my Uly,the bike that Charlie "New12R" now owns. But I'm going to miss it this year,I'd rather be hangin' with fellow Bullers and riding the best roads in the Southeast! | ||

Is Froggy going to make it? And how about Jim (Damnut)? I think Vern will show, especially if I ride by his place on my way down. It sounds like Mark (Wolfridgerider) is going to be there (I hope). Brad wants to go, but he might not be able to get the time off to do it. Will Greg (Tootal) show? You never know; Froggy's bike might need a little work done on it. How about Glitch? I haven't heard how he's doing lately. I hope he's recovering from his last setback, and that he'll be able to make an appearance. You know; for a rally so late in the year, this could be Monumental! | ||

WOO-HOO! My RO's are in, and I'm at the top of the list! There's about a 99% probability I will make it! Before I commit to a reso though, I'll confer with management... OK. At this point I'd be fine to split a room with whomever- I much prefer the lodge rooms, as they share that nice kitchenette. Matthew, is Gretchen coming with ya?
