One can only hope that the people who wrote that will in the coming days have a nice write-up about Buell expressing their sympathies for not getting a single fact straight. This will in turn inspire a love for Buell motorcycles in the younger generation who chooses to read that crap.
I have no faith such a thing will happen…but you would think you would do a little research when doing something like that….or maybe they should just stick to posting pictures of insecure girls looking to w.h.o.r.e. attention on the interwebs.
I kept seeing this "Kansas City Colorado" sticker for a couple years before a friend told me about the chive, but it's already ingrained in my brain as K.C., Co, so that's what I see every time. Same thing with PETA - People eating tasty animals.
Interesting that you say that Matt, because my palo alto firewall at home returns a bogus IP for that domain, which means the firewall's DNS blackhole function has that site on its list.
Is that like when you click on one of those quizzes on FacePlant and while you're waiting for the next quiz question you can hear your hard drive filling up?
That's why I run Crap Cleaner after every FacePlant visit! It's amazing how much crap is downloaded!
Another BTW: It's not just when you visit the offending sites (Failbook, Twitful, etc). Any site you visit with the previously mentioned logo's on them are tracking you and collecting usage data they then sell to "others" to compile a history about you.
