I find both cartoon's offensive, but I do agree that the one Froggy posted is much more offensive, at least in the context it was described as being relative too. The first cartoon only posited that liberals support the LGBT lives matter movement, and that they also support the assertion that Islam is a religion of peace. All arguably true and well and good. It then implies a tension between the two, which (as I went into in another thread) is I think offensive. I don't think most Muslims support the murder of gays. Some murder of gays is happening under the pretense of Islam, but most murder happens under some pretense anyway. The second is a lot more offensive. It seems to directly imply that Republican's are happy that gays were murdered. Which is a really offensive direct accusation to make. So I think both cartoons are offensive for the same reasons, but the first is a little more thoughtful and subtle about it's edginess, which is more in keeping with a higher humor. The second is (IMHO) just stupid and mean. But both are offensive, IMHO. | ||

ALWAYS make sure your finger is ON the trigger when chambering a round. Don't point the gun in a safe direction, lock the bolt to the rear, then insert the magazine, then release the bolt observing the bolt ride the round into the chamber. If that was the right way to do it, then that's how it would happen in movies. | ||
