I am interested in knowing the exhaust exit size for the following;

Stock XB12 can?
Original Drummer?
Stainless Drummer?

I have put in exhaust tips that can be swapped out pretty easy. My bike came with a Hawk modified can on it when I bought it. I don't like it. I cut the tips out of it and replaced them with a larger set that I could put inserts in. I have an IDS ECM with the loaded for the Drummer. Not having funds for another can right now, my goal is to sloppy adjust the flow by matching the exit size to the original Drummer modified cans.

I would be most grateful for the inside diameter of the exit on the Drummer pipe. I am very much aware that my pipe will not duplicate the flow of the Drummer through idle to wide open, or the sound.

Please

Am I the only one who sees the humor in the exhaust exit size thread being just above the Hemorrhoids thread?

Sorry for my tardiness, Ourdee. I'm not sure if this will help you for the "Original Drummer" or not. I know it's not THE original Drummer, but it is - as far as I am aware - the latest iteration of the original Drummer.

The end cap on the Drummer I have on my '08 XB12XT (the XT-BOLT) looks like this:

Drummer 1

Drummer 2

I must admit that I didn't exactly measure the ID of the outlet, but I did measure the OD of the dB Killer that I bought from Kevin made specifically for the Drummer muffler. The last time I futzed with it (removed it) I remember it being a quality fit, but not exactly size on size (which we both know would be a PITA for this large of a diameter). Measuring the OD of the dB Killer tonight I measured between 2.25" and 2.255" at different points around the diameter.

I hope this helps (and I have some more somewhat related info that I can relay to you at Homecoming),

Thanks and I look forward to more info.
