They are charging for shipping, but when the bid for a carbon fiber S1 screen is 5 bucks its hard to pass up! Just wanted to share the deals with others on here! https://www.proxibid.com/aspr/EBR-Motorcycles-Exce ss-Assets-Machinery/110677/Catalog.asp?aid=110677& rts=/asp/searchadvanced_i.asp%23searchid%3D0%26typ e%3Dauction%26search%3Dliquid%2520asset%26sort%3Dr elevance%26view%3Dgallery%26length%3D25%26start%3D 1%26refine%3D%26category%3Dall%2Bcategories |

Would the European XB12 mufflers be more restrictive than the US model? |

European XB mufflers have a different diameter inlet tube and will not fit properly (too large) on a domestic spec. header. Also (I'd need to check) I think they have an internal catalytic converter. |

I wonder how shipping would happen if you won a bid? What does this mean? "Shipping It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange packing and shipping of any and all lots purchased. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for all shipping and handling charges. LIQUID ASSET PARTNERS LLC will need to see a paid invoice before removing any and all purchases. " Sounds to me like you have to have someone who will pick up your winnings and pack and ship them for you... |

Plenty of ways to do that. We were in Houston last week when the better half bought a Cello . . no kidding a full size . . 6 foot tall . . Cello that had been painted up as "art" for a wall hanging. 4 minutes on-line with uShip and the Cello arrived at my door at 96th and Broadway in NYC . . just days later. Easy Peasy . . . |

We handle this kind of thing for customers all the time. We pick up the items, bring them to my warehouse, pack and ship from here. |

Waiting for approval to bid. Interesting... I made a profile and starting bidding immediately. Glad to know in this day and age of computer-like consistency things are all over the board... I signed up for a Proxibid login or whatever shortly after the auction was announced. I go to place some bids last night and it gave me some 'error message' saying that I needed to be approved for bidding. I kept forcefeeding it bids and getting the same error. After about a dozen times, I finally got a message that my phone number had to be verified. I got a code texted to my phone, entered that code online and finally I'm successful in being able to place bids. So, don't bid against me, OK? And I've also had a couple of bids redacted, too... 1313 |

1313 - I had a few redacted, like the VR1000 lot. I called them (not just about that but about picking items up etc), and was told that it and the pre-1983 lot etc were pulled because they forgot to put a reserve on it. I, up to that point, was winning the VR1000 lot at 13 bucks lol I was TOLD by Marissa that the reserve was 5k... Ive already started making plans, Im driving up on the 13th, picking my stuff up on the 14th (its almost 14 hours each way) I dont know what I'll win, but with over 100 items bid on and still winning 80, Im sure I'll be picking some things up. Drive a Ford Fiesta, Ive seen 55mpg when taking her easy. But even estimating 40mpg I will only have 100 in gas, plus one night hotel. |

Must not plan on fixing any rotors. Edm machine is for sale. |

My assumption on machine tools etc is that they are likely older models that they don't need any longer. |

Must not plan on fixing any rotors. Edm machine is for sale. If I were to fathom a guess, I would say that they plan on concentrating 100% on EBR. Unfortunately, that may not included support for any racing/performance parts for the Buell product. |

Court, uShip is for large items, correct? I don't think a pair of shocks qualify or do they? |

Ferris - I dont know what we could actually do...BUT: Im going. I have bid on enough that Im sure to win quite a bit. If all youve done is bid on a few shocks them maybe its something that I could pick up for you and then ship Just trying to help another Bueller out |

Who would I ask for the part number of an item? I wouldn't want to buy an SS item for my XB12S. I just tried ProxiBid, but they probably have no idea. I'll look for an LAP contact. |

Duc - when you go to proxibid there is a tab something like 'terms of sale' scroll down, theres a real nice guy named Patrick that has his number listed. From what I understand he's the one that'll be at the factory and getting people squared away with what they won. Anyway, talk to him, he might get you to a girl named Marissa But there are numbers available. Guys there are many great deals to be had. With a few more days to go I hope some folks on here get some solid bids (and dont run it up on anything with G*****S as the high bidder ) |

Got approval to bid at 08:12 this morning. WTF? Very disappointing. Oh well, never bothered to chase this since I would have had to beg all yal to ship whatever I might have won. Sure would have loved an S1 rear fender and twin tail though. |

Little...I actually won 3 (i think) S1 tails... hit me up As for the approval - I got an email JUST before saying I was approved (this was after I'd been bidding the past week etc), so it might have been a different thing. Anyway, I won 29 lots today, not as many as I'd like to have gotten, and didnt get everything I wanted, but Im excited. If only I had a lot more money to buy more lol (damn public education career ) |

hey buddy, read carefully "SMALLER ITEMS: Smaller items, parts, and accessories can be shipped through UPS for a minimum $20 packaging and handling fee PER ITEM + actual UPS shipping costs." It'd be cool if all could be shipped for 20 bucks, but Id worry about the wording they used and I guess youre the one that took all those away from me lol I won a lot of 5 of those carbon fiber flyscreens as well as a couple of the S1 race ones also got a rear shock or two bunch of sprockets CF rear fender couple S1 tails couple S3 tails + other things |
