"To Protect and to Serve"...?!?!

What a POS douche canoe. The city should transfer him straight to trash pickup duty, ideally at the landfill...

Assault. Non lethal weapon, true.

Motivation? Binged watched "Sons of Anarchy"?
Tired of noisy, scofflaw bikers? Couldn't get it up with the SO last night?

I'm issued pepper spray. Sure, it's the wimpy stuff compared to Bear Spray, but it's for aggressive dog owners, and it's good enough as irritant sprays go. Won't stop a determined foe, for that you need buckshot.

Casually spraying people on a motorcycle, in motion, with a Sh&^ eating grin?

Reckless endangerment, battery..... If I did that the list of charges would be long and punitive. Should be for the cop too. WTF?

Spraying mace on multiple operators of motorcycles is not only life threateningly dangerous to every single rider but it also potentially dangerous to an unknown number of unsuspecting citizens. This presents an even greater potential in the "life threatening" department to these unsuspecting citizens because they would have no way to see it coming.
This is multiple levels of attempted, pre- meditated murder.

This officer is obviously overdue for a reality check. He has put himself in the perfect spot to receive exactly that.
30 to life.
Wait- was this Texas?

Yep. I am ashamed to say it was. I know several city, state, and federal officers in Texas. None of them would have done this. I hope he is dealt with as I would be if I had done this.

No excuse. The people he sprayed were not riding wheelies or riding unsafely. Those idiots had already passed. This guy needs to be punished.

safety concerns

There was not an urgent reason for the officer to leave the safety of his cage till the perceived threat had passed. The pulled over truck was not going anywhere. He made an unsafe situation worse by his lack of patience. "To protect and serve" my foot. I am supportive of LEOs as a whole. Not the actions of this one. My wife is allergic to peppers. Disgusts me on so many levels.
