Re: Ducbsa The threshold for "heavy" is the same as the threshold for "assault weapon"...meaning that if the weapon is capable of inflicting bodily harm and weighs more than a fly, it must both be a heavy weapon and an assault weapon.  | ||

Obama's "tears" were total BS reminiscent of William Hurt in "Broadcast News". It was obvious that he practiced the slow cadence which he never uses, which allowed him to well up equally practiced tears. He also touched his eye which probably had an irritant on his finger. There is not one ounce of emotion in this pathological liar. Anyone who was moved by Obama's performance really ought to start thinking rationally. The pResident's attack on the US Constitution and Americans is nothing but a diversion from his utter failure in foreign policy. This bastard has doubled down on President Bush's Iraq mistake (which Bush had corrected with the Surge) and has exponentially increased the probability of World War III. Consider: * Worldwide apology tour. * Removal of European missile defense. * Russian "reset". * Abandonment of Iraq. * Abandonment of Afghanistan. * Abandonment of Israel. * Falling in love with the mullahs of Iran and funding them with $150 billion dollars. * Decimation of the US navy. * Purging the US military leadership leaving a bunch of yes men. * Line in the sand. * The lies of Benghazi to protect his 2012 election campaign. * Abandonment of our diplomat and soldiers in Benghazi. * Creation of ISIS. Yes, Hillary and Obama created these barbarians. * Embracing the Muslim Brotherhood. * Refusal to arm the Kurds. * Releasing Gitmo terrorists to rejoin the war against America. * Embracing the traitor Bergdahl. * Fervent denial and refusing to acknowledge Radical Islamic terrorism. * No response to the invasion of Ukraine. * No response to China. It's sad to see that this idiot can't even keep a campaign promise that he made without breaking another campaign promise that he made. Even when both promises are completely within the realm of his executive branch of government. In his rush to close Gitmo (a terrible idea), he is breaking his promise that we would give the detainees a fair trial. Instead he is choosing to simply release them. Of course releasing them isn't quite that simple. We first have to pay off some other government to accept the terrorists. We the people, aren't allowed to know the details of those deals though. What an incredible steaming pile! | ||
