I have no reason to believe the Wisconsin Courts are tainted.

I attribute a good deal of the "just you wait and see...".....theories of secret bidders, plots and plans in the wings as Quixotic tilting at windmills and sour grapes.

We will see.

I don't see any players involved capable of getting Humpty Dumpty back on the wall.

If it was a manipulation of DNS settings (basically the phone book that lets you go to a website name instead of a numeric IP address), the fix propagates up and then back down what is effectively a tree structure. So some people in some locations will see the fix before others in other locations will see it. This can go on for a few hours before the new settings propagate to all the far corners of the Internet.
