Court,

My guess to your first question is that he is no longer interested to do so at the original number because the company ended up not being worth what he thought it once was. After the Hero interference.

Purely a guess.

Could be right ...... From all appearances ..... The process is being run by the Three Stooges. I'm not sure I ever recall a legal proceeding with so many apparent irregularities.

I, apparently like the paper and the Internet, have few or no facts

My only comfort lies in believing that it can't possibly be as screwed up as it looks.

But… The fact of the matter… Just the amount of time and all the stumbling and bumbling that's going on has probably doomed, or at least made extraordinarily difficult, any successor entity.

Kind of a shame really. At one time, there appeared to be enough pieces to put Humpty Dumpty back together again.

Oh, and I will back up everyone else in saying that all of the immature political penis swinging and scrotum slapping belongs elsewhere.

Eff off guys, eff off.

Going into the new year 2016... I wish you all nothing but the best.

Dave.

Al and Joanne.

Erik, Bruce.

And, all my friends here.

A Celtic Blessing

May the road rise up
To meet you.

May the wind be always
At your back.

May the sun shine warm
upon your face.

May the rain fall soft
upon your field,

And until we meet again.
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Shadow games. Crossed-finger promises and double-crosses. Such is the most rational explanation for how Bruce can come up with enough bread the first time around and mysteriously not the second time. The liquidator in question is no spring chicken and has probably hustled a lot of businesses down the toilet.

If the auction has been mishandled, can't there be a re-boot of the process or even legal action against the administrator? Or is it like when the DMV screws up...no one is guilty.. If there are goals or standards for the process so that certain things are achieved, but then due to mishandling the auction misses the mark, then what? They can't let it be liquidated because the auction went wrong.

The more I look at this, the more I think there will be a resolution. There has to be. If there is any thought in the legal process to preserve EBR, then this current limbo is due to the process not being happy with where things are at currently. As long as nothing is lost physically, a later sale that is meaningful is better than a liquidation.

Maybe Bruce has been down this road before with other acquisitions. And while we are swinging in the wind, he is discreetly engaged.

Anyway, the S2 runs great, ASBN celebrated its 17 year anniversary on 12/7 and the end is not here yet.

I like the way you think, Jon.

And, I tend to hold onto my favorite quote from Soichoro Honda...
