As usual, I'm turning to my BW buds for sage advice... I need a rear tire, Bridgestone Battlax T30R ideally, 180/55- ZR17.

Before I go searching myself, figured I'd post up here. Anyone who's got a good recommendation for price and service, holla here!

Thanks in advance!

I bought tires from Amazon and they shipped from Motorcycle Superstore. Good price and selection.

I like both of these places:

www.rockymountainatvmc.com

http://www.revzilla.com/adv-sport-touring-gear

Rocky Mtn. ATV has great prices if they carry a brand you are interested in.

For example:

denniskirk.com or www.americanmototire.com.

Honestly, I usually have motorcycle superstore price match one of these and earn points at MC superstore

Thanks already! Just got done paying bills, still got some moolah to get a new rear for the Sprint- need to price out tires and tubes for the old Beemer too.
Think I'll go with Metzelers or Avons for it...

Keep the suggestions coming- I'll try to get that rear tire for the Triumph ASAP. Gonna be my main commuter to my new job! Yeehaaa!!!

Revzilla's got it for $136.13 shipped, so far the best $$$.

I still want to check with my buds here in town that run an independent shop- it's one thing to get the absolute lowest price, but another to support folks running a biz with SUPERIOR customer service and peerless knowledge... plus, there's a decent swap meet up in Knoxvegas Sunday, might go see if I can get lucky.

I'll pull the trigger on something Monday AM.

You willing to pay hazmat shipping and do the installation or pay extra to have mounted? Can you mount yourself?

If you can take a wheel in and buy the rubber, Cycle Gear is not too bad.

It all depends what brand you're looking for.

For me, it used to be Motorcycle Superstore, before that I forget. But as of late, NOTHING beats Jake Wilson dot com for me...

I always have the best luck at Motorcycle Superstore. Takes a day or two longer for me since they are west coast, but they price match and have free shipping.

I buy and mount at my local shop. Minor $ difference...helps local vendors...builds rapport if I need emergency help sometime.

86129squids,

Funny that...I just ordered a Shinko 705 for the rear of my KLR and Rocky Mtn. ATV had the best pricing. Even beat Americanmototire.

Chaparral is 10 minutes away from me, but then I pay sales tax and CA environmental fees. They will price match though if you can point them to a competitor's web page.

I buy from Jake Wilson now. Fresh tires, excellent c/s, prices are lowest if not close. The T30-GT's I just bought had a $50 Bridgestone rebate and JW even processed it for me.
