Has anyone found a two piece rain suit that doesn't totally suck after a few years? I have the pleasure of riding in torrential downpours for hours on end and am so tired of having water soak through the crotch and then drench my pants. I figure I'll be incontinent soon enough, I don't need the practice in walking around in soggy britches right at the moment. |

Do you have a price point in mind? Enough money can solve just about any dilemma. On the cheap side, I've used Frogg Toggs with satisfactory results. On the high end, my Roadcrafter Light held up to some serious rain in Alaska. |

Price isn't so much of an issue as is the ability to fold it up and carry it in a saddlebag. Barbour suits are out, for instance. |

I like Frogg Toggs a lot fits over my leather gear easily and is inexpensive to purchase. Plus it can be bought at a large variety of stores (not just mc shops etc) |

Frogg Toggs are only made for the average Joe. I couldn't find pants that would fit my inseam. The crotch is always so low that when you sit on the bike the bottoms would pull up above my tall boots! I searched all over for custom made suits and couldn't find anything but did end up finding this: http://britishmotorcyclegear.com/pants/ezeon-pants .html Plug in your waist and inseam and they fit! Only ridden in the rain once and it wasn't much of a rain so not a real test. I did read a lot of internet stuff about how great they were. One guy claims he ran for 3 hours in a constant downpour and stayed dry. Honestly I hope I never find out!! |

Backpacking rain gear. My wife and have used EMS gear for years ( same suit) with great results. Did one ride from key west to daytona and stayed reasonably dry other than a few dribbles down the collar. |

What EMS items worked for you? On their website, all the jackets look too short and the pants don't have a clear choice. Thanks |

It was called system III. We were fortunate enough to live close to EMS headquarters in peterborough,NH where they clearance price a lot of items. We bought 2 sizes larger to fit over riding gear. |
