Now that is nice.

form the article:
The attention to details in this bike boggles the mind. We don’t know what sort of mechanicals it possess, and we just don’t care. It’s all about the looks. And for that Agera to have a companion!

I'm not seeing too many parallels there.

The bike looks like a typical big tire cruiser. A V-Rod with more money than sense thrown at it.

Yep, definitely V-rod based there...

A Ducati Diavel would have been a much better choice, if they wanted that sort of bike.

Absolutely...but they still would've ruined it with the big tire, lowered suspension, and human taco riding position.

Should we then surmise that the car is also so poorly designed, that it should not be driven?

Tom (Sifo): THEY'RE NOT GOING TO RIDE IT!!!!

I do not know about the cars engineering & design Tom but I do know from the picture that if you did ride the bike you would surely burn the heck out of your right leg. I also would not mind at all driving that car. Some gems are just for looking at but I believe the car is for DRIVING. Have a Portillo's hot dog for me. Missing Lombard. Bob

I know... I know...

It just kills me when great engineering is shown off with a display of poor engineering. Would a great maker of grandfather clocks show off their prize creation by putting it next to a custom painted Timex Marathon? My watch of choice BTW, at least when I used to wear a watch.

My brother was in town just after Christmas, and it came out that despite being in this area through high school, he had never been to Portillos. Well, that got fix ASAP with a dog, a beef, and a schooner of beer! Have you seen a Portillos in the last 10-15 years? They are getting huge! They still keep the quality high though, and get people through the line in a way that would make Ray kroc jealous.

They'll drive the cars. They make a really fast car. The bike is simply an accessory that a well heeled (read, I have so much money, I have to find stupid little things to spend it on) person will acquire to remind him of his car. Like the $260,000 Veyron wrist watch. http://www.hodinkee.com/blog/2010/8/17/the-parmigi ani-bugatti-super-sport-explained-by-parmigiani-c. html I say 'he' because I don't know any women that are stupid enough to lust after car related trinkets.

To put that into perspective, that would be like you or I buying a $40k car and then a $10k watch that reminds us of the car because we had an extra 10 grand laying about.

Concur! A touch up on the suspension, some nice VRod mid-sets, a nice CF heat shield, then it would be time to rock and roll. That bike is wild - I hate cruisers and still I would go the extra to mod it just a touch, and rock it all night long. The details - wow. Sure it's no superbike - but for freeways, and highways, and hitting the cruise - perfect.

"but I do know from the picture that if you did ride the bike you would surely burn the heck out of your right leg."

No you dont.

Ive seen a lot of bikes with the exhaust pipes in similar location being ridden without burned legs. Sure, Im sure you COULD burn your leg when riding it if you move your leg inward, but its not guaranteed that you WILL.
