Anybody ever run into a fuel tank petcock boss that isn't flat anymore? (97 S1) Kinda looks like pressure from the 0-ring over the years has tweaked the plastic. The 0-ring was loose with the attaching screws tight. I glued sandpaper to a flat piece of wood and started to gnaw away on it since a file just glides over it. Think I'll stop at this point because it has good 'squish contact' and I don't want to push it in any farther than necessary.
Weird............/

Put a fatter O ring on with a little plumbers grease/vaseline.
