it is new, but as you can see it is missing just a couple pieces of bling(they just adhesive on) perfect for your wife, girlfriend, mistress, or boyfriend if that works for you...  that being said, if a guy did want a red buell hat for himself, the bling can easily be removed(have considered it a few times, but not a big red fan), and thats the only thing about it making it a little more feminine in nature. the hat itself is formed just like any other baseball cap and will look fine on anyone. bid it up! great shape but a little dusty  | ||
