I get regular physicals. All systems are normal and "healthy", just not up to my (unreasonable?) expectations. 6'4", 195 lb, good blood pressure, good bloodwork, good cholesterol, etc. I'm not tiring easily for a 42 year old who's been rebuilt from the waist down...I'm just tiring too easily for my happiness.

I did find the machine that whipped my ass in PT back in 08...a recumbent elliptical. That thing was AWESOME for cardio...I need to get one of those. That will get me back where I need to be. Problem is...there's not many out there. But I'll keep digging.

The good thing about coat racks, I mean exercise machines, is they show up on Craigslist locally all the time. Usually with zero wear, but gummy lubricant and a bit of rust if kept in a damp basement.
