WSB-TV is doing piece on Pete (Torqer)
It's a before and after story.
10 years ago (holy $#!t has it been that long?) Pete ran himself off the road during the Buell Appalachian Adventure and broke his back.
It's been a long row to hoe, but he's doin well, even if walking is a thing of the past.

I thought we needed more pictures but evidently I had more than enough.
He'll be on tonight Channel 2 News at 5.
Hopefully I'll be able to see it, I gave up the evil boobtoob years ago, and this is the ONLY time since that I've wanted to see something on TV.
Maybe it'll get recorded and I'll still get to see it.
If that got you teary eyed, wait until you see him talk about loosing hope and gaining it back with this new technology he's testing out.

Wow it was great to see those videos of Pete anybody talking to him say Hey from PaulinOz. Seems like that day was a Lifetime ago and yet I remember it like it was yesterday.
A very good friend sent me a link to this page have not been around here for a Long time but some of my best friends and memories where made via BadWeb.
Best of everything for the future Pete and all the other guys who still hang here and remember me a big hallo.

Gotta love his mojo, the joie de vivre, despite the spinal cord injury. That news piece about the walking device was superb- we as a species are pretty much on the cusp of some really great stuff- I hope.
