That's what I immediately thought of when I saw it but when he proceeded to turn it in to carry on luggage at the end, I was surprised. I didn't/couldn't recall if the Rokons were as portable as the one in the video. He sorta flung that joker around like it was a bicycle. |

The "tires" look like inner tubes with straps. That's probably why it floats. |
