Family picture time: Top to bottom 1 - new DSA para 2 - pre-ban Springfield SAR-48 FAL HB (Israeli marked) 3 - pre-ban Springfield SAR-48 standard rifle 4 - STG-58 - all matching numbers with DSArms receiver 5 - STG-58 - all matching numbers PRISTINE - DSArms receiver That little guy is a Colt. A few more FALs in kits as is one set of AR parts. Just found a guy selling TRUE STG-58 leather slings. In a week, the restoration of the two classics will be complete. Steyr imported/stamped Belgian FN - original Herstal plant. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Ite m=423544328 Sear cut adds a little rarity. Only a few hundred were imported with the auto sear cut before the Feds halted them. "cheaper" than I thought. |

FN/FAL are pretty badass rifles. I wish I had kept the two I had. sold them both in the early 90's to buy a couple of AR-15's. the FN was much nicer. but the ar's were a lot cheaper to shoot |
