Had a nice ride ran only up to cedar rapids in Barryville then ambled back down into Jersey stopped for a shake at chatterbox um um good. I go pro'd the ride but as I am an idiot I gopro'd my speedofor the better part of 2 hrs I hate technology sometimes but the ride was what I was after so EPIC day weather couldn't have been better. |

Replace fluid. Add a higher weight too. Then ride it and see if pulsing goes away, remember to scuff up pads and clean rotor before you put it together. |

Thanks Rich I am pretty sure I warped the rotor on the Big Indian in the deluge headin up to ADK III. I am running DOT 5 and I just changed the pads but the rotor is definatley worn and probably the hot cold thing screwed it, I also think the r/s fork tube is shot and they working at 2 different speeds I guess is how to explain it and it compounds the input to the bars. It is actually a bit scary at times to tell ya the truth. |

Silly question but are the rebound and dampener dials set right. They may have gotten changed along the way and you didnt notice? If not a quick seal and internals replacement isn't difficult |

I will probably pull the tubes and rotor together and just rip em down and see what is going on in there, Mike gave me a good pointer said to check the springs abdshit behind the rotor make sure they are in good shape and that I am truly not sure of so I'll keep ya posted, Thank for the input Rich. Forgot about the springs, they are most likely the pulse issue. I used to clean them and the hole real good and put some grease or anti seize on em. |
