He is WAY off on the price, IMO, but I called and chatted. Going to get better pictures, as well as a little more info on it. It is a 2 owner bike. 1st owner bought new when he was given 6 months to live. FF 20 some odd years, he really is dying now. 2nd owner is a friend of the original owner. It might start tomorrow. If he gets it fired off, he is going joy riding. I'm afraid to see the rest of the bike. It looks like a LOT of work. Original color is pearl white, of course. Why someone would spray over that is beyond me. |

Looks like it spent a lot of time sitting outside. Bummer. |

I figure if I get it cheap enough, I can make a rider out of it. I'll paint it back original and smile my pants off riding a tiny slice of motorcycling history.

eh, mostly looks like dirt to me. A lot of polishing to do, otherwise no big IMO. Yes the paint needs some work but most do anyway. I'm interested to see the header. the pipes look awefuly close together to be original, looks like maybe a Kooks pipe or possibly an S1/S1W pipe. |
