Except for this particular kind of front running. That's flag number one for me in this story. The suggestion that there's a loophole in the front running laws implies a huge scandal. This would be a far bigger story than the fact that some big money folks are taking advantage of this. Zero interest in that angle though. The second flag is the fact that this guy is pushing his competing stock exchange. I have serious doubts as to the objectivity of this story given his huge financial interests involved. If it's a real issue, this story should go places. I have a feeling that he's just ginning up his own news though.
