it has a lot of aftermarket parts, and i know its worth more than what im getting it for,

Consider Ricks comments from the other thread.
it has an s2 front end on it? and hd hand controls, what happened to the oe front end?

just what aftermarket parts?

1250 kit?
head work?
cams?
carb / pipe?

what condition are the engine rubber mounts in?
It has been wrecked most likely, all kinds of potential hidden damage....

On aftermarket and speed shop work.
with out documentation the only thing you can see is painted parts,
Consider typically hot rod bikes get run hard, and tend to need more care.
The may also have a shorter life span
( depending on mods )

The clutch parts are going to be in excess of 200$ minimum, and a set of tires, to go with,

it was hard to see the belt to see if it had been run loose or not with PM wheels a tight belt can ruin a rear wheel

The clutch being out is a big flag that this bike may have been abused and neglected.

unless you are getting this bike for a song to restore ...

I'm with Matt Don't do it.......
