I have an 09' 1125R with an HMF exhaust and EBR race ECM bike ran great for about 3 months after the install but now its running rich and back firing a lot on deceleration, any advice would be appreciated!!

Sifo +1. Could just be a bad O2 sensor. First thing I'd do is go into diagnostic mode and see what they're reading. O2 sensors do fail on occasion (in any vehicle), but are relatively cheap to replace.
