Most Hispanics from Central America are a mixture of Spanish (Caucasian but that is debatable), indigenous Indian, and descendants of African slaves. That makes them PEOPLE of COLOR. ah the brandishing of memes. 'Caucasians' are actually from Southern Russia, Northern Turkery, Dagestan, Georgian, Azerbijan and Chechenya.
