Kinda like Jumbo Petite, I today acquired a Triumph motorbike- a 2002 Sprint 955i, with 28K miles... been laid down on the grass on the left side, all of the fairing will be fixed/repainted back to OEM red. Kid I bought it from only wanted payoff, so I stroked a check for $1770 to his finance company. Without blowing too much $$$ on this thing, I'll have the cosmetics fixed, hopefully will source a proper aftermarket pipe to let that 3banger sing, get new tires, chain and rear brakes. I've shot Sifo a note, but if anyone else here has knowledge of the best sites and folks to chat with online, holla. I'd LOVE to see this thing in proper British racing green, but I've not the green in the pocket to do that... may look at some helibars and assorted farkles. I've always dug the triples- going into Spring 2014, hoping to have this thing setup for another ride to Suches GA and back, or better! |

Cool! Good for you. Have been interested in the 3 cyls for a while. Haven't had the chance to ride one yet. And British racing green may be overrated. In any case, enjoy ! Dave |

Squids, congratulations! Sounds like a good deal you scored. When you getting the new exhaust you may want to check out the tunes available for your bike and download a copy of TuneECU. http://www.tuneecu.com/TuneECU_En/index.html The Triumph tunes are under the T_Tunes link and organized by bike model and VIN. It's a lot like working with ECMspy, except they have lots of tunes available for downloading. +1 on what Badlionsfan said! |

OK, went to that "getpaint.net" site, got diverted to some asinine crap site that wanted me to do email/password to download the program, then wanted me to provide credit card info, blahblahblah... How about JUST THE FRICKIN PAINT.NET PROGRAM. Dammit I'm aggravated at not being able to post up pics. Halp? |

Buy yourself a cable and download Tune ECU for free, great stuff to diagnose and tune your bike. Open the airbox, load a good tune and ride! On my 4th Triumph now and both my 955 Sprints were great. Thinking of getting another as the Tiger is getting too hard to handle heightwise for my aging body. Will look, may have a tune from my last Sprint. |

I have a Triumph Trident in British Racing Green. I'll ride it after I put it back together...someday! It's a T-160 from 1975! The green with a tan seat and brass handmade side emblems does look good!

Squids, Is the problem the pics are too large? If so, just grab a copy of XAT to resize and compress them. |
