This will be the backdoor cash for clunkers, except you don't get the cash. Simply mandate a new fuel that older cars can't tolerate and let things take their course.

The local ethanol plant manager had a piece in the paper today:
"The Renewable fuel Standard has had a positive impact in offering drivers cheaper choices at the pump"
What a crock of shit. There is no way ethanol is cheaper for me and my vehicles...Period..... And yet the readers will eat it up as the truth, simply because the cost per gallon is less.Never mind the real cost per mile!
He goes on to say"Independent analysis suggests this saves the consumers $.50 to $1.50 at the pump". HUH?
How do I call him out on that bull shit with out becoming an enemy of this small town, farming community. Damned sheeple!
