I think I need to talk to a state officer about a problem I'm having with a person, need to see how much stuff I need to gather before I can have this idiot arrested for stalking/harassing me. So far I only have a single picture his daughter took of my home when he was down here (more than 30 miles from his home), his daughter is only 13 too. If you know someone (or are an officer) in the Syracuse area or slightly south, I'd kind of like to talk to them for a short bit and see what else I need to gather (off the record for now unless I have enough to satisfy an arrest). Just PM me would be best. I say state police because this crosses county lines, but I might be wrong and need to go with local city police first. And yes I'm getting more serious because he told someone that he is going to follow me after work where there are no cameras and harm me. I work at a college and there are cameras everywhere on campus. I also have many cameras that will be going in front and back windows of the car from now on to try and catch this puke. He also has a brother in-law with the onondaga county sheriffs, so he thinks he can get pulled out of anything he gets into, and has been several times in the past. He's a mean drunk and only drinks to get drunk, and does it far too often. Thanks for any assistance that you can provide. | ||

Have you tried approaching the scumbag's brother in law? I would think that he would not appreciate having his name dropped in a threatening manner. Perhaps he can pull the "family strings" to stop this quietly? | ||

Local PD first. As of right now, from what I've read it's basically a harassment charge. If any of the threats have come by phone harassment 2nd. Pm me the ins and outs of what's goin on and I'll get ya in the right direction. May take a day or two as I'm on the road | ||

....don't lower yourself to his level and don't get yourself in a ringer.Use the system to your advantage so he can't "get you" on anything.As stated"he's a scumbag with a badge" and doing what he's doin' and using the badge to protect himself....well what goes around,comes around....it will come back on him.Think smarter than him.Just don't do anything that could get yourself in trouble,that's all.LT |
