To my fellow HVAC workers: I have an urgent need for a Monitor stat for an old Carrier VVT system. The existing stat is a Pre-enhanced model MS-16 with time. A MS-16E (enhanced) model will retrofit. I am pretty sure a 32 or 64 will work also. If anyone has a setup or application manual for the pre-enhanced, it would be a great benefit. The rotary switch coding is different from the enhanced. The only manuals available are for enhanced. If anyone should need manuals for the enhanced system, I can E-mail copies to anyone that wants them. Thanks, Harry | ||

Thanks for looking Ken. I actually think I will be ok if I can come across programming and operating instructions. The big issue is how to change the setback setpoints and temperatures. I have been unsuccessful so far in finding them anywhere. Right now it is running with the time clock set back 10 hours, or it will be in 81 degree offset during the day. I hate BPI's (button pushing idiots)like those that screwed this up and absconded with the manual sets. |
