(06 Uly w/stock turns)

I was moving my bike and it fell over and cracked the R/F turn signal lense, just the smoked outer part. The yellow is still there so I was gonna superglue the lense back on but it flashes to fast. Both Right front and rear. Left is ok.

I assume a turn signal bulb is no longer lighting... did you replace it?

The bulbs are still there and working with the yellow cover... just the R/F outer smoked plastic cover broke. It... (front/Rear right side) are just flashing too fast. Like, triple speed.

Usually that's a "dead bulb" symptom...

thanks. I will replace them. I guess they are generic bulbs I can get almost anywhere? Pull it and bring it to Pepboys or autozone right?

Ensure you match the bulbs number to the one you are replacing. That ensures the resistance of the bulb is the same as required by the turn signal.

The "bonk" might have killed a bulb different than the turn signal housing that was broken, so check all 4.

I suppose the flasher could have been damaged as well. They are also cheap and should be at the auto parts store.

Same flasher runs both right and left, so if it works on one side and not the other, it's not the flasher. You could just swap bulb from side to side to see if the problem moves with a bulb.

If you have led indicators you get the same effect if the ballast resistor shorts.

haha right!! It's all fixed, the chrome part got cracked and the black wire got disconnected in the fall over so the bulb is still good. I had another housing I bought a while ago to replace it. thanks everyone.
