Author Message   Crackhead Posted on Monday, July 29, 2013 - 01:39 pm:        I am looking to get a Magnum R/T, I keep hoping to find a rare 08 but I am not that picky as along as the mileage is decently low. Today I found an 05 with only 17k miles online. Based on the pic of the drivers seat, I think I believe the mileage. Is there anything I need to look out for on the Magnums/ LX chassis? I don't know the year but the front end suspension components were crap and wore out before 60,000. His audio package had a GPS and the whole thing's interface depended upon a tiny joystick which failed pretty early on. Iirc it's based on the old e-class Mercedes platform, but I've no idea how much interchangeability there is. It was an entirely new platform that drew from both the upcoming e class, and the outgoing s class. It's one of the cars I wanted but never got as I tend to keep mine a long time.
